My husband and I have been running the campsite for a few years now.
We implemented the 3D Ouest Campsite Management Software two years ago. As our activity was constantly increasing and we were offering a wider range of services, we needed to be more efficient.
At the beginning, I was afraid this new technology was going to be complicated and slow me down even more. Then I realized it was much easier than what I had expected. They even customized it for my personal requirements!
As it’s online, we can use it simultaneously from the campsite and from the town hall. We just need to log in and go. There's no need to install anything on a computer. For example, bookings can be made in the town hall and the campsite manager can access them straight away on the campsite computer.
We already plan to add the "online booking" module next year. This means that internet users will be able to book a pitch directly online from the municipality website.
And now, I have more time to look after my campers and to look after the campsite itself."
