It enables the user, from a blank (vectorial or bitmap) map to enrich the cartography of a precise spot or geographical area.

Various elements (icons, dots, lines, zones, links, etc…) are positioned with the mouse on the map.
Their distribution can be done in different layers.

Each element on the map can refer to a form or an information card.
Their characteristics are then stored in a data base and cane, if necessary, lead to a specifiy requests.

This type of dynamic cartography can easily be used by non specialists in a geographical information system.

Its simple and intuitive interface makes it user-friendly.
